  • Develop ambitious Annual Business Plans for CAP Region for both Gaming and Student Segments in collaboration with several stakeholders at the region. This plan would be based on understanding and experience in one/both the segments, Ecommerce potential, Industry trends and firm understanding of Gamers and Students’ psychographics and demographics, Total Addressable Market, and syndicated / commissioned reports, with focus on net new Revenue streams and expansion of current streams. 
  • Advise and drive strategic shifts to be made for business growth and clearly tie-in resource requirements, be it financial, people, agencies or IT enablement to achieve the same 
  • Drive Revenue and margin goals in line with the Business Plan and collaborate with country teams over structured cadence to achieve the goals. Drive Business P/L at Segment level with all sub-regions to ensure they stay on track 
  • Guide country performances through optimizations on Traffic mix, Merchandising, Conversion, Segmentation, Supplies, etc, Root cause analysis of Region performances to start, stop, continue actions, and always know the pulse of the two businesses 
  • Forecast long lead time IT requirements well in advance with business case to make proposals and ensure target-go-live dates are met 
  • Leverage and enhance Segment dashboards in liaison with Analytics Organization for performance tracking and insights at both HO level and Region level. 
  • Work closely with Consumer Business Unit on Gaming Product launches, Web exclusivity, Services, Communities and Campaigns to dial up the benefits to Lenovo.com Sales 
  • Work closely with Segment teams to both consult and advise on plans, partnerships and communities, and operationalize the same within the Region 
  • Enhance workstreams with support functions like Web Production, Internal Search, Product Operations and Analytics 
  • Business Innovation and Development, and macro-level with partnerships 
  • Leverage Analytics to bring up trends and insights related to Web performance metrices such as Revenue, Margins, Traffic, Program dispositions, Sales Conversions, Bounce Rates 
  • Leadership level business representation and Stake holder management through reviews, business reporting, and workshops, to enable scaling of the two segments. 
  • Cut-through within various layers of the organization to find the support on high impact or high friction areas to ensure that top actions and on track 
  • Work with higher emphasis on User Experience and Merchandising track that may involve working with country Merchandising and Developers (Web Production). 
  • Guide one’s own team member to set up business tracks and cadences as per Quarterly plans, to break down the complexity of several projects and workstreams. Foresee friction to actions, solve for potential obstacles in meeting business objectives, work with problem-solving mindset within the system
