In this new role, you will be a part of our Motorola smartphone team and you will be responsible for the Benelux business. You will lead a team of our key account managers. You will have a mission to grow our sales, and motivate & develop your team members. You will be in charge of defining our business strategy for Benelux with our main customers and delivering results as planned.

What will be your responsibilities once you join our team?

• Be responsible for handling P&L and assist in the resolution of market access and customer issues as necessary
• Lead local team to ensure profitable business growth in the market and bring the organization to the next level
• Report business status to the EMEA level
• Identify, develop, and close key sales opportunities with new customers
• Responsible for sales and marketing strategy planning and execution
• Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations to targeted customer base
• Create and present customer proposals and quotations where applicable
• Create cooperative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models to drive growth
• Research, define & recommend an overall "go to market" strategy

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of business management experience; People management skills
• Experience with technology products, ideally from the Phone industry
• Strong & demonstrable commercial/customer understanding; Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models
• Experience with customers/channel partners – confident to present & engage with
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; Comfortable with financial management and P&Ls
• Good networking skills and ability to work in matrix organization 
• Dynamic and proactive, with a positive outlook. Self-driven and motivated
• Fluency in Dutch and English language

Organization:

You will be reporting to the Vice President / General Manager of EMEA MBG.

The position requires presence in our Amsterdam office.
