Description and Requirements

The Global Account Manager is tasked with a set of Global Accounts ensuring the achievement of global sales revenue targets. They plan sales, deploy sales forces, conduct global sales meetings, and take on tough accounts. They also manage and interpret all new businesses and associate knowledge to achieve all organization objectives. A secondary task is also to take on the role of a Local Account Manager to service the same Global Accounts for in-country requirements

Position Description: 
Key responsibilities will include the following: 
• Proactive solutions selling while delivering on aggressive sales targets 
• Deliver excellent CX 
• Execute the overall go to market strategy; providing thought leadership and managing relationships with key executives 
• Utilize a structured and repeatable business process to enable strategic and accurate pipeline management. 
• Collaborate across Lenovo’s fast paced and highly matrixed organization 
• Indirectly manage other sales and support professionals

Position Requirements: 
• 7- 10 year proven track record in strategic selling to Large Enterprise or Global Accounts in a FSI industry required. 
• Possesses C-level executive relationships within an account set 
• Server, Services & PC industry experience 
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills 
• Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements 
• Curiosity about the changing technology industry 
• Strong financial, operational and business development acumen 
• Travel to any or all customer sites when appropriate
