You as the Global Accounts Pre-Sales Manager Telco  are dedicated Telco and is part of a vertical GA Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) worldwide Sales Telco team. You are responsible for establishing and developing the technical engagements with customer. You will be the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advices, driving PoC, introducing new products. You will be the support of Sales Telco ISG GA sellers to increase ISG revenues and will be also the voice of the customer to the Lenovo BU to elaborate the right strategic direction, development and future roadmap.

You will do a hybrid technical business development, pre sales, technical advisory and architect role and have a strong relationship as well as technical focus thereby creating preference and closure to sell the Lenovo‘s wider portfolio

These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
•  Identify and establish new business
•  Support Tenders, proposals and quotations
• Create trusted relationship with clients
• Provide sales supports and advices
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure customers are aware
• Provide inputs ISG for specific Telco market 

Organization
You will report to EMEA Global Accounts Lead supporting Global Accounts customers in whole EMEA region. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings cross the globe.

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements 
• 8+ years of Data Center IT experience in a Telco, Telco Supplier or Telco facing system Integrator(Telco segment is a huge advantage)
• Ability to build and maintain relationships to key customer technical and decision making stakeholders
• Proposals and architecture of  value adding solutions to address key customer needs with the objective to sell Lenovo platform solutions
• Conversion of concepts and portfolio into sellable products and solutions (HW,SW,Services)
• Shaping a customer requirement-based portfolio view to secure a winning customer fit and respective propositions
• Understanding critical TCO and business case drivers addressing the customers financial KPIs and budget constraints
• Understanding relevant HW and SW stacks from FW to virtualization and orchestration layer, DC and network architectures and respective economics
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
