Our Global Account segment encompasses key industry players. They receive dedicated support through specialized account teams and additional global resources to ensure consistent customer coverage and satisfaction.
We are seeking a detail oriented, and team focused Global Accounts Customer Ops Advisor – AP Region to support our Global Accounts AP Sales and Global Project Management teams in optimizing sales processes, improving efficiency, and driving operational execution. This role plays a critical part in enabling Sellers to focus on selling, communicating, and educating teams on our capabilities while driving on-demand projects and strengthening customer relationships.
The Global Accounts Customer Ops Advisor – AP Region is expected to problem-solve and take initiative while managing a variety of requests and tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, able to work independently, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Process Optimization: Assist Sellers with quoting, proposals, contract management, and operational execution.
- Operational & Project Coordination: Align internal and client resources across functions and regions to drive seamless execution of key initiatives and on-demand projects.
- Training & Enablement: Educate teams on GA capabilities and best practices to enhance alignment and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and collaborate with experts to develop and refine workflows.
- Customer Success & Communication: Support global customer operations, onboarding, product transitions, and serviceability while ensuring smooth stakeholder engagement.
