Description and Requirements

Do you like to communicate with customers? Do you work with enthusiasm and possess sound phone skills? Join our growing Global Account team as our new Inside Sales Representative!

A part of Lenovo’s growth strategy is to focus on accounts within the Vertical segment. Using your passion for IT solutions and the training we provide you will be a significant part of this strategy. Working as Inside Sales Representative you will have daily communication with C-level executives from large companies, which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career.

• You will work with development and retention accounts for some of Lenovo’s largest and most complex Global customers. You will work in this truly international environment.
• You are the point of contact for your assigned accounts- you build relationships of trust by providing proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via telephone and email
• With the Global Account Manager, you will identify, develop, and close new global business opportunities within the territory across multiple verticals
• You configure products, prices and negotiate to support Lenovo revenue and margin performance and maximize our customer satisfaction and quote sales solutions
• You sell benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo products to fulfil business deals and to deliver profitable revenue growth across your account base
• You work closely with other sales teams in Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals
• You provide weekly account status reporting, quarterly performance reporting, forecasting and business planning vs target
• You work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management.

Organization :

You will be part of the Global Account team. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.

Position Requirements :

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar customer focused position within the IT industry
• Working with partners or in a reseller/distributor organization is an advantage
• Professional Fluency in English and French and presentation skills. Other foreign languages are a benefit
• Articulate, cooperative and able to build trustworthy beneficial partner relationships to achieve mutual business growth
• Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook and customer relationship software
• A personality with the desire to reach high performance goals
• Technical knowledge of PC, Notebook, Tablet and Intel based Server is an advantage
