Description and Requirements
The Global B2B marketing strategist will be responsible for
- Coordinate strategy, development, and optimization of integrated campaigns, focused on key Motorola priority solution themes that are designed to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, product marketing, sales, creative departments, external agencies, and partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives. Provide guidance and support to regional marketing teams, offering direction, training, and resources as needed.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing plans for different regions and target audiences. Orchestrate campaign and content development across a network of contributors and stakeholders.
- Leverage CRM, marketing automation and other relevant touchpoints on the buying journey to develop lead generation and engagement programs. Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, email marketing, sales enablement and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives to senior management, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing trends, and apply them to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
- Advanced English
- 8+ years of experience in branding, digital design, and global marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus
- Proven expertise in B2B marketing in device (smartphone, PC, etc) industry.
- Experience working with cross functional teams (e.g., product marketing, PR, CX, etc);
- Experience working with customer journey, insights, and research.
- Proven ability to work with virtual teams that are geographically spread.
- Ability on presentations (creating and presenting) and excellent negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement and govern processes, procedures, and policies. Innovative and creative, ability to engage others regarding new ideas and projects.
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, communication abilities, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms are also highly valued in this role.
