Key Responsibilities
Global project/program management experience and expectations:
Exposure to global teams and building and delivering strategic initiatives globally.
Oversee/work with technical teams for designing and developing global solutions
Developing and implementing long-term strategic plans that align with the organization's vision and objectives.
Develop sales solutions/sales enablement through insights from ground
Build/expand customer analytics and partner analytics, as well as all customer touchpoints insights delivery practice within CX
Transformation: Partner with other global functions to deliver on digital transformation goals.
As chief of staff, responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
Advising the CX leadership on the strategic initiatives and business operations.
Developing and implementing strategic plans.
Overseeing/leading key projects and initiatives.
Ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational execution.
Operational Support:
Coordinating cross-functional teams and projects within the global CX organization.
Managing budgets and resources.
Overseeing the flow of information and communication within the organization.
Executive Support:
Providing administrative support to the CX leadership team.
Preparing materials for meetings and presentations.
Other Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitoring and evaluating organizational performance.
Developing and implementing organizational policies.
Around 10+ years’ experience in managing and building data analytics and insights delivery teams in a global distributed delivery model within IT
Master’s degree in statistics, math, or economics. A master’s in business administration will be a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate a dynamic environment by consistently rediscovering for overall success.
Experience in designing and building large-scale governance practices and continuously improving upon them.
Extensive knowledge of industry best practices and models which can be customized for the our requirements
Experience working in a matrix, global organization by collaborating with key stakeholders
Results- and detail-oriented: hold him/herself and others accountable for commitments
Effective C-Level communication skills
Creative problem-solver with the ability to work with a blank slate and inspire others.
Intellectual and curious with a passion for storytelling.
Experience pivoting and navigating dynamic and changing situations.

Experience within the leading IT industry or other industry tech teams.
Flexibility to work in office or remotely, travel for business and work in multiple time zones as needed
Qualification:
A data professional with several years of experience who is proficient in data science and analysis techniques, tools, and business concepts, responsible for leading and overseeing data science projects involving building big data solutions.
Experience in driving global transformation projects
Experience working in strategy and consulting
Experience in leading analytics global delivery teams
Background education statisticsMath or economics with masters's in same discipline or business administration
Experience—18 years+
10 years’ experience working for an IT company will be desirable
Experience/exposure to CX will be a plus
