The Lenovo Services organization is central and critical to our Lenovo '3S' strategy for long-term success, becoming the leader and enabler of intelligent transformation. Lenovo Services provides support and resources that support our Business Partners' and customers' success through digital transformation. Our services portfolio brings end-to-end solutions that span the lifecycle of our customers' devices and systems. From design and deployment to protection and support, our solutions can help our customers improve productivity, drive efficiency and solve a range of challenges.

The Global Channel Services Partner Tools Enablement Manager will work across our Global ecosystem of Business Partners to enable our Partner Tools Strategy. He or she will work hand-in-hand with our Services Channel Account Managers to support our largest partners to spearhead ease of doing business projects within the toolsets our partners use for selling Services.

Basic Qualifications

* Experience in complex or technical selling roles, project management experience or other relevant experience of identifying solutions-based positioning
* Strong judgement, ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity as well as a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority are key to success.
* Ability to conduct analysis of data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
* Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures and policies.
* Excellent cross group collaboration skills.
* Highly-organized, has multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

* The ideal candidate has broad technical skills, strong financial acumen, sales strategy experience, and a deep analytical background.
* Deep expertise and familiarity with sales tools, partner ecosystems, services and sales strategies.
* Experience within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial.
* Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and long-term, act tactically, takes ownership and has business leadership to meet the needs of complex businesses problems
* Understands business operations, and has a background that enables him or her to create scalable projects that apply holistic approaches to selling
* Demonstrated Earning Trust with internal stakeholders, prove the ability to deep dive data, is biased for action and drives for results through others.
* Establish ways to measure and track metrics related to adoption of the service, and to make improvements to the approach based on those measurements
* Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and metrics
* MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
