Description and Requirements

Can you think strategically and be creative with new ways of working?  Do you enjoy the challenge of finding solutions to complex problems, then executing and delivering that plan.

As a member of our newly formed Worldwide Channel Sales team. Working extensively with our solutions group, WW sales org and channel partners. You will be recognised as a channel expert using your skills to help develop, position and sell solutions through our network of channel partners.  Your location is flexible across the country, however being in the south of England is an advantage being close to the main Lenovo office and management team.

You will ensure that we have the right portfolio of solutions and clear value proposition for our channel partners. This is a key role in delivering our vision for the future of Lenovo’s channel business.  You will work across multiple teams at WW, Geo and country level across business units, sales orgs, channel teams and external partners.


You will report to Channel Enablement Director, ISO International Sales Organization.

What else is waiting for you in this role?

  • Be the WW focal point on what solutions we need, consolidating input from WW, Geo’s and local country teams.
  • Establish collaborative relationships at multiple levels and regions within Lenovo and our channel partners.
  • Create and drive a clear strategy on what is optimum solutions portfolio and how we get there.
  • Differentiate Lenovo from the competition
  • Attend and contribute to weekly cadence calls
  • Provide feedback to ISO leadership on what the regions and partners need and adapt plan accordingly

Qualities and Skills

  • 8+ years of sales experience in a channel facing or channel strategy role within the IT industry.
  • Understanding of the IT market, competitive solutions and the ability to position these both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated, driven and a pro-active mentality
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, build and execute complex plans with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work with and coordinate wide network of people in different teams/roles.
