Description and Requirements

Global Digital and CRM Team is currently looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to be part of the Global Digital CRM Team to help us manage the next level of smart phones releases across key digital touchpoints.

  • Follow up with teams for content and copy that is overdue or is at risk of jeopardizing launch of new products.

  • Coordination for translations and approvals, and follow up in case where descriptions are still missing while translation has started.

  • Manage feedback and approvals from GEOs, cross,-functional partners, and Leadership on website, email, push, and social copy/visuals change requests and prior to deployment.

  • Coordinates outstanding items that requires approvals before predetermined deadlines, scheduling meetings as needed, follow ups, clarifications, etc.

  • Communicate with stakeholders about New Product Launch (NPIs) timelines and distribute marketing related materials among content/design teams/product marketing/brand/and PR.

  • Become the main point-of-contact between stakeholders for content (copy and visual) approvals for new product launches, new digital requests, email, push, and social assets and/or strategic initiatives

  • Manage deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the product is launched on time and on budget

  • Will work with the individual team members from multiple functional disciplines to establish completion dates

  • Monitor progress of projects and budget, discusses problems with affected areas, assure appropriate personnel are informed of problem and steps are in place to meet schedules and stay on budget

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • BS degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience/familiarity with Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and GSuite.

  • You are a strong multitasker who is organized and can track multiple tasks in parallel.

  • You communicate well both verbally and in writing. You are getting comfortable with speaking during meetings and team discussions.

  • You have work ethic and genuinely enjoy learning and being challenged every day.

  • You are passionate about processes and bringing people and teams together.

  • A keen interest in digital technology marketing tech stacks and smart phone devices is a plus with a strong desire to learn more.
