Description and Requirements

Who You’ll Work With: We manufacture one of the world’s most extensive portfolios of connected products, including: PCs (ThinkPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, Servers (ISG portfolio), smartphones and workstations; as well as augmented and virtual reality (ThinkReality), smart home office solutions, software and services. In this role you will be supporting IDG & ISG full One Lenovo portfolio. The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices while the ISG houses or Server group. We combine investment in high-growth segments (server, workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), security and as-a-service solutions. 

What You'll Do: This acquisition and development focused Inside Sales Representative will work with Global Accounts and a field counterpart to support end-user customers, partners, etc. around the world to drive opportunities and LOB expansion around Lenovo's portfolio offerings in the Global Pharma vertical. Inside Sales Representatives will support configuration discussions, Global catalog management, and provide solutions as well as proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via email, Teams calls, and phone calls. This role will also work within the segment's initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management, global support to counterparts/customers, and weekly program follow ups with peers and management.

Basic Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional inside or outside sales experience in a technology field or IT Industry is required. 
Preferred Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Ability to plan strategically and improve profitability. 
  • Global approach understanding larger scope and procedures.
  • Must have experience in a quota carrying sales position.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills are required.
  • Must have ability to penetrate, acquire and transition opportunities.
  • Ability to learn and present One Lenovo portfolio.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills are required.
  • Self-confident and assertive 
  • Thought leadership - creates and executes on new ideas and projects to implement within the inside organization. 
HYBRID - This position will include work from our Morrisville campus as well as work from home each week.
