Description and Requirements

GENERAL FUNCTION Logistics and Shipping analyst

The Logistics and Shipping analyst provides transportation solutions for outbound operations from shipping points to direct to consumers in Latam.


  • HAWB/ BOLS green lights 
  • In transit reports follow up ocean and air / sea air
  • Carriers report review.
  • Departure /Arrival notice notifications follow up.
  • Shipping instructions to ODMS/ Hichian / LCT
  • Execution issues follow up/ action plan review with carriers.
  •  Identifies transportation process improvement opportunities through strategic thinking, critical thinking and analysis.
  • Develops and maintains cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models.
  • Utilizes quantitative skills to create and analyze reports to support business execution. Supports the business through ad-hoc queries and maintains reports from a variety of resources as specific to department or organizational needs.
  • Provides recommendations to senior managements.
  • Performs data management through a combination of data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, process mapping, and/or problem analysis, while executing day to day processes related to area of responsibility.
  • Manages vendor/business partner relationships.
  • Manages internal business partner and relationships, specifically retail brand employees.


  • Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related.
  • 2 or more years of transportation, logistics and shipping or related supply chain experience
  • Excel advanced
  • English advanced
  • Ability to write, speak, and present clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings and adjusts communication style to the audience by translating and articulating technical concepts to non-technical groups.
  • Demonstrates originality and imagination in thinking while developing a solution to a problem.
  • Prior SAP Experience
