Description and Requirements

The successful candidate will join the Global Software as a Service (SaaS) team in Solutions & Services (SSG) Global Services organization. Key Responsibilities include:
 

  • Engage business stakeholders to understand their software requirements.
  • Implement SaaS solutions that meet business objectives and drive key operational processes.
  • Build and manage SaaS solutions to accelerate our SaaS portfolio in line with SSG’s mission.
  • Work with technology, business units and relevant functional managers to ensure that SaaS solutions are aligned to the SSG strategy.
  • Manage the overall delivery of the SaaS product offering.
  • Track and improve product metrics and report to BU steering committees.
  • Monitor the SaaS technology roadmap and work with respective business users to drive innovation.
  • Track and identify innovative applications and technologies for potential adoption by business.

Requirements:
 

  • Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with proven track record in SaaS program management.
  • Proven problem-solving, communication and troubleshooting skills with excellent ecosystem development skills.
  • Driven and ability to handle highly complex environment.
  • Attention to detail with excellent technology and SaaS knowledge background.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a highly-skilled team.
  • Experience with presenting data in a customer facing environment is preferred
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Ability to quickly adjust to change, learn new tools and rapidly course correct
