Content Creation:
Develop with our agency engaging and effective training materials, such as user guides, e-learning modules, videos, and presentations, tailored to retail audiences globally.
Demo mode management and creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure training content accurately reflects product features and messaging.
Training Deployment:
Coordinate and deliver training programs to regional trainers, retail partners, and other stakeholders.
Adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse markets and cultural considerations.
Manage the global training platform engaging more users and bringing in new formats of interaction
Global Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between global and regional teams to ensure training initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented.
Gather feedback from local retail teams and incorporate improvements into training materials and methods.
Monitoring and Improvement:
Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs through metrics, surveys, and performance feedback.
Continuously update and refine training materials to align with evolving products and market needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating and delivering training materials, preferably in a global or retail setting.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Familiarity with e-learning tools, content management systems, and other training technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Experience working in a technology or retail environment is a plus.
