Description and Requirements

Data is the foundation that drives eCommerce experiences and business decisions. As our new eCommerce Data Specialist you will support the Global eCommerce Project Manager to improve data program solutions for Lenovo.com and support broader corporate data projects. You will develop business/IT requirements, assess the impact of system and process changes, maintain system and process documentation and track KPIs. This is a global role and you will have a chance to work with different cultures, languages, internal and external business groups. You will report to our EMEA Web Data and Operations Manager based in Ireland as well.

Support Lenovo’s Data Audit Platform
Support facet configuration on Lenovo.com
Maintain a comprehensive understanding on how data elements are leveraged on Lenovo.com and how changes impact both business and IT
Coordinate work across teams to drive requirements/projects to completion
Maintain business management systems designed around data/facet data governance and management
Review and troubleshoot data related inconsistencies and authorize modification
Support solution integration, acceptance testing and providing post implementation support
Develop work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines

What will help you to get your job done? 
The role is suitable for a junior/early career candidate or University graduate 
Experience with Jira, MS Office products
eCommerce platform and SAP experience is a plus
Experience working on cross-functional project teams
Experience in business case development and analysis
User story documentation
Analytical skills
SQL/Python experience is a plus
