Description and Requirements

Roles and responsibilities

  • Robust business acumen and lead Greater Asia Pacific WS business, drive business growth and achieve financial/market share targets.
  • Manages the relationship with sales/marketing/finance/operation team, develop Greater Asia WS business strategy for growth initiatives.
  • Strong communication and influence skills across business unit and function departments.
  • Responsible for recruiting, developing, motivating and rewarding all direct reports.
  • Articulates the Lenovo WS Vision internally and externally.

■Key Interaction with:

  • High touch with internal stakeholders to drive business strategy execution.
  • Weekly interlock with AP WSHQ, and keep regular business connection.
  • High touch with WS team member, key enterprise customers, business partners and ISVs.
  • 5years above experience in successfully managing a sales team in Greater Asia regions.

■Requirements:

  • 5years above experience in successfully managing a sales team in Greater Asia regions. Good industry knowledge of auto, High-tech, media, entertainment, and distribution business. Experience in business development especially commercial products and established network and connections in similar industry are preferred.
  • Business plan, data-driven and strong execution drive skill
  • Strong communication.
  • People management skill.
  • Strong Presentation skills to CXO level with planning and organizational skills is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and strategic thinking is preferred.
