The Human Resources Business Partner an HR generalist position responsible for providing HR support for the facility. This position will play a lead role for key employee and labor relations matters, HR policy implementation, HR data integrity for client information on  systems, HR programs, process design and delivery aligned with HR strategy contributing to organizational capability, and special projects related to the HR agenda.

Position Requirements

**Candidates must have full domain of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English for review.

Bachelor's degree required.

A minimum of 2 years of Human Resources generalist experience is required, preferably supporting a Manufacturing environment.

Heavy employee relations experience,

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to capture detail, communicate accurately and concisely, verbal and written.

Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
