HR Director would be responsible for leading the team of HR Business Partner delivering HR services across the portfolio of HR – including HRP for all Business Groups and functions, functional HR and Centers of Excellence.
This role partners with the Managing Director of Lenovo Greater Asia and other key members of the Greater Asia Leadership team and will help shape the Lenovo Greater Asia business strategy and align innovative HR solutions that will accelerate our service led transformation. This position is a member of the Asia Pacific HR Leadership team and reports into the Executive Director HR – Asia Pacific
This role provides business partner HR Leadership for Greater Asia region across all the different aspects of HR – including HR Strategy, Cultural development, employee relations, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development and organizational development.
