Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Own GSC (Global Supply Chain) level organizational diagnosis & people analytics by diverse methods/tools, and support data-driven decision-making.
2. Leveraging the relevant methodology, designing GSC (Global Supply Chain) level organization development tools and templates, and ensuring the landing across GSC.
3. Support GSC (Global Supply Chain) level critical HR programs' implementation.
Requirement:
1. Master Degree, major in Human Resources, psychology, management, etc.
2. 5-8 years of HR experience in Global Top companies, or 3-5 years experience in a consulting firm dedicated to HR areas.
3. High sense of data, leverage data analytics for decision-making.
4. Good understanding and solid and feasible practices on organization development/organization diagnosis.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, and great command of power points.
6. Quick learner, logical, collaborative, and able to work under pressure.
