Description and Requirements

1. Develop and implement HR strategic planning for Marketing, Sales & Product Development, and provide effective support for major organizational development initiatives.

2. Conduct regular talent review and develop succession plan to ensure health talent supply.

3. Engage employees and managers on staff consultation/ communication issues.

4. Work closely with Recruitment team to ensure the effective & efficient delivery of overall recruitment plan in context of highly competitive China talent market.

5. Develop HR team by daily coaching, develop tailor made programs to fast track their professionalism.
