We are looking for a HR Partner, within HR Team. You will report directly to the HR Director BA Site & EMEA GSC.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Act as the HR Partner and focal point for designated leaders and their organizations, including management of geo-specific HR programs and processes
• Be part of the strategic planning and designing of the supported organizations
• Develop and implement Talent plans that help support and sustain Lenovo's high growth potential
• Develop a high-performance culture via the performance management and feedback process
• Improve manager capability on employing these processes and obtaining best in class results
• Ensure appropriate career development programs and initiatives are aligned with critical skill development and succession planning for designated teams and organizations
• Provide guidance and counsel to managers and employees on employee relations issues and other development feedback
• Ensure that the Bratislava site continues to raise the bar and not only growing talent from within, but also importing great external talent
• Work closely with functional HR teams - Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development and HR Operations
• Engage in every aspect of the business and offer insights and points of view beyond just HR
• Support various local and global HR Projects
Position Requirements:
• Master’s degree
• Demonstrated success in Human Resources functional areas within a fast-paced, high growth environment - minimum of 3 years of experience as HR Partner
• Experience working with international employee populations
• Detail oriented and data friendly
• Results oriented, innovative, flexible in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations
• Excellent communication in English and Slovak language, consultative skills, partnership skills and team building
• Able to work in a highly matrixed environment and take the initiative without a lot of direction
• Team player and sense of humor

Base gross monthly salary from 2350 EUR gross depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
