Description and Requirements

About the role:
This position will support the ISG Services Support of International Support Services (ISS) organization and its leaders in implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives. The selected candidate must have a track record of building partnerships, have a history of implementing successful HR programs across matrixed organizations, with global experience preferred. Organizational agility, prioritization, relationship building, and solid HR policy and practice knowledge are all keys to being successful in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with senior managers and their respective teams to execute BU strategy along with activities to foster growth, innovation and organization-wide effectiveness.
2. This role will require an in-depth understanding of business priorities and the ability to execute to a precise HR agenda along with people and development goals that support the business.
3. Strong manager/ leader engagement and stakeholder management are key skills for success in this position.
4. Partner collaboratively with Center of Excellence (COE) HR teams to ensure that corporate HR programs are delivered efficiently and effectively (e.g., talent acquisition, organization development, compensation).
5. Responsible for providing real time and strategic employee relations engagement and management through effective stakeholder management and thorough assessments using independent judgment.
6. Analyzes data and documentation to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations; provide real time and strategic employee relations engagement.
7. Works closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies at the business unit division level such as salary review, workforce planning etc.
8. Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
9. Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures.
10. Provide coaching to build manager/leader capabilities to address and resolve employee issues; coach select employees as needed in complex situations.
11. Partner on ongoing as well as year-end performance management processes with the BU leadership for constant improvement at an organization level; partner on complex performance cases/ situations.
12. Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources-related matters, policies and procedures
13. Provide compensation support including approval of mid-year salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, HR Management, or related field.
2. 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, prior HR Business Partner experience is preferred.
3. Results orientation and demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
4. High sense of responsibility and integrity.
5. Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
6. Good communication, presentation, consultation, partnership, and interpersonal skills and comfort with Executive-level interaction.
7. Proactive, self-motivated, customer-focused and solution-oriented.
8. Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively while also considering future organizational requirements with a positive outlook.
9. Prior experience working with teams across multiple geographies is a plus. Must be willing to adopt a flexible time schedule and work style to meet the needs of a complex and matrixed global organization.
