Description and Requirements

Responsibilities Include: • Tracking candidates information and maintaining up-to-date candidate status information. Maintaining internal and external job postings • Consult/advise managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and initiate recruiting process with robust intake session. • Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand predictive impact of applied strategies • Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process • Send candidate correspondence and follow-up, including offer paperwork, and new hire information Position Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Phycology, Business Administration, or related field • Two years of experience in recruiting in a highly dynamic and diverse organization or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred experience with a corporate or consulting firm recruitment process. Preferred experience with Applicant Tracking System and knowledge of the end-to-end recruiting process
