Description and Requirements

The HR Service Center Specialist is responsible for providing basic generalist Human Resources support to Lenovo employees across America(being US our main customer).

Duties include: query handling (via e-mail and IM) with employees, managing queries between the Service Center and other HR teams (e.g. payroll & expenses), maintenance of user guides for both employees and within the Service Center team. The job is performed in HR Call Centre environment, while volume of calls is minimum.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks
•Query management/handling
•Manage services in accordance with the agreed Standard Operating Procedures.
•Respond to telephone and written queries from the Lenovo business partners and/or employees using the case management tool.
•Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreement and Quality standards.
•Produce and maintain documentation for Standard Service Centre Work Instructions.

•Must speak, read and write English fluently.
•Nice to have: minimum of 6 months of experience providing customer service support, ideally in a call center environment.
•Basic HR generalist experience is preferred.
•Use of Case Management tools is preferred.
•Usage of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
•Portuguese is an advantage.
