Description and Requirements

职责描述:

1、根据法律法规和公司规章制度,管理和优化公司员工关系管理及员工关爱体系;

2、组织受理包括但不限于劳动合同、员工关系、各类工伤及争议处理;

3、完善内部沟通、员工关爱渠道,打造畅通的沟通渠道,组织员工关爱相关活动,打造员工关爱品牌项目;

4、根据不同群体特色,制定不同文化方案及多元化激励,落实符合业务部门导向的荣誉激励方案,牵引员工践行公司核心价值观,促进优秀人才保留;

5、组织员工满意度调查,根据调查结果推动改善计划的制定和落实。


任职要求:

1、工作积极主动,性格活泼开朗,沟通能力与感染力强;

2、本科及以上学历,8年及以上HR领域工作经验,3年及以上员工关系相关经验;

3、熟悉人力资源管理相关法律法规,熟悉劳动法律法规在企业中的运用,具备较强独立处理劳动纠纷的经验;

4、方案及文案设计及书写能力较强,具备较好的PPT技能。
