Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1. 负责Workday HCM方案设计、功能配置、测试和部署上线,支持业务需求落地;

2. 主导并积极参与并购(M&A)项目,承担关键职能(包括数据迁移,Workday HCM等);

3. 跨团队合作,共同设计和测试集成解决方案;

4. 有能力引导团队解决复杂的系统问题;

5. 与HRIS团队、客户、合作伙伴和HRSC成员进行有效的知识共享;

6. 支持关键项目及系统变更等需求(如年度HR项目等);

7. 支持合规和审计需求,包括数据审计、安全审计和其他合规性审查等;

8. 主动研究Workday的新功能和最佳解决方案;

9. 不断寻求改进,追求自动化的系统解决方案,不断寻求改进,追求自动化的系统解决方案。


任职资格:

1. 本科及以上学历,计算机,信息管理,人力资源管理等相关专业优先;

2. 熟悉人力资源系统基本架构,熟练掌握Workday HCM系统配置,系统优化;

3. 具备数据迁移项目经验者优先;

4. 拥有人力资源数字化转型项目经验;

5. 具备Workday Extend解决方案或其他HCM云解决方案如SuccessFactors等经验优先;

6. 擅长依据优先级处理多线程任务,擅长沟通与协作,可以与海外团队共同合作项目;

7. 英语可作为工作语言(必须项),熟悉日语者优先。


Job Description

1. Conduct Workday HCM functional designs, configuration, testing and deployment to meet business needs.

2. Conduct knowledge sharing / transfer sessions with HRIS colleagues, customers, partners and HR service center employees.

3. Lead and actively participate in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects in key function areas (data migration, EIB loading, Workday HCM etc.) for smooth transitions.

4. Actively participate in system migration project to ensure the smooth transition.

5. Ability to guide the team to resolve complex system issues.

6. Support key initiatives operated through HRIS (Annual HR Programs, Change Management, etc.).

7. Support with compliance and audit requests, which may include data audits, security audits, and other compliance reviews.

8. Continually seek ways to improve, automate the process of delivering system solutions.

9. Proactively research Workday new feature, new functionalities and best solution.

10. Develop technical knowledge and skills through informal exploration, formal training and experience.


Requirements

1. Good command of both spoken and written English, Japanese is nice to have.

2. Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.

3. Expertise in Workday HCM module configurations, system enhancements, data loading technology.

4. Experience with HR digital transformation projects.

5. Experience with system migration, data migration projects is preferred.

6. Thorough understanding of security and data governance.

7. Experience with Workday Extend solutions, or other HCM Cloud solutions like SuccessFactors, etc. is a plus.

8. Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

9. Strong communication skills within a team, between teams, management, and customers.
