Description and Requirements

岗位描述:
1、作为接口人满足业务团队日常人力资源相关需求,与TA COE合作完成离职替补招聘任务;
2、了解业务状况和团队运作状况,理解业务战略并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效实施;
3、根据现有团队情况,设计人员成长路径及人员培养方案,有效制定和实施人才发展计划并跟进实施;
4、能够洞察组织和团队存在的问题,并应用专业理论、方法、工具,为业务团队提供全方位解决方案, 包括招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系等人力资源工作,并推动方案落地;
5、协助完成组织及团队氛围建设,推动公司文化的建设和业务的高速发展。

职位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,硕士优先,5年及以上人力资源工作经验;
2、了解人力资源各模块基本工作,擅长学习发展模块优先;
3、熟悉国家相关的人力资源政策、法律法规;
4、英语可做工作语言(必须项);
5、自我驱动,思考力强,认真负责,皮实,靠谱,有亲和力;
6、对新鲜事物有好奇心,逻辑思维强。
