Job Description

1、Manage PCBA sample build for EVT, DVT, PVT and first volme at contract manufacturers. This includes working with the contract manufacturer to ensure availability of components and alignment of build schedules

2、Manage ODM and strategy plan with ODM/OEM

3、Manage product development lifecycle from the product idea, through the development phase, product launch, volume production, engineering changes and all the way to end of life.

4、Be a communication bridge between PM/ODM/OEM/testing team and RD

5、Host con-call with customers or partners

6、Manage the reliability, function and quality testing

7、Drive and facilitate root cause analysis on potential issues at suppliers and partners, including but not limited to board level and assembled system level

8、Provide the summary regarding project status, challenges, risk.

9、Participate the assessment, audit, and onboarding of prospective new partners and shape the process of successful onboarding

10、Participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure delivery of high quality products.

11、Technical innovation proposal

Qualifications:

1、BS or above, major in computer science engineering

2、Over 10 years in technical project management

3、Ever be RD

4、Experience in video, audio, AI, android and Windows platform

5、Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality. Must be organized with excellent analytical and problem solving.

6、Good logic thinking and have issue analysis mindset

7、Personality: Self-learning, positive thinking, active, analytic capability and team working

8、Good written and good conversation in English
