Description and Requirements

Join us to build to build a new sourcing team to support global hiring strategy of the top technology leader!

This role will play an integral role in ensuring the diversification of all talent pipelines to continually enrich the organization with creative ideas and broad perspectives. You will partner and provide sourcing support to our Global Talent Acquisition teams (regions : EMEA and North America).

As a TA Sourcing Manager, you are passionate in finding and attracting top talent. You not only take advantage and utilize all resources in identifying talent, you find innovative ways in doing so. You perform talent market research, develop talent insights and create sourcing strategies. The team will require your professional support and subject matter expertise during the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing and qualifying candidates. You can build your own team and bring your own ideas how to shape the future of sourcing at Lenovo.

What will you do at Lenovo :

• Build, lead and inspire newly created team of sourcers to meet high standards of sourcing activities
• Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies in order to deliver top class sourcing service and talents for Lenovo
• Liaise with Talent Acquisition leaders across the world (regions : EMEA, North America) to comprehend workforce plans and hiring plans in order to develop short and long-term sourcing strategies to meet recruitment goals and priorities
• Onboard and train new team members of sourcing team
• Ensure sourcers are managing to milestones and agreed KPIs/metrics
• Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain a viable pipeline and network of qualified and underrepresented talent. Seek creative solutions for sourcing and building talent communities.
• Leverage sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking system, other candidate databases, professional organizations and community associations to network, identify and recruit. Exhibit strong competence in penetrating new markets or sources and targeting potential candidates.
• Ensure standard work and service level agreements are followed.
• Optimize use of available resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Continuously improve results by evaluating, refining and measuring success of operating processes and systems.
• Monitor and manage all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate utilization of workloads across the team
• Simplify & Improve sourcing and recruitment processes by bringing creative innovative ideas

You should have :

• Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models across different countries/regions
• 8 plus years’ experience in inspiring and developing high performing recruiting and sourcing teams
• Proven experience in hiring top talent and providing creative staffing solutions
• Ability to define new strategies and tactics in order to bring fresh ideas into sourcing team
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Avature, Workday or similar solutions)
• Ability to execute sourcing strategy, including employer branding in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and talent mapping

For Slovakia only : 
Minimum offered salary starts at 3400 euro/month + 14% as annual bonus + other benefits. The final amount could be higher, depending on your overall experience.
