Description and Requirements

At Lenovo, we are focused on a bold vision to deliver smarter, transformative computing technology to healthcare – empowering clinicians and the patients they serve. You will be telling the story of the value our innovative solutions deliver for Lenovo’s healthcare customers. Today we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Marketing Manager to set the Healthcare marketing strategy and direction for Commercial IDG (Intelligent Devices Group). You’ll need to build a marketing execution strategy with the appropriate tactics across the customer journey to activate a wide variety of marketing channels including digital, social, influencer, and events.

What you'll do

• Work jointly with the Health Solutions team as well as healthcare sales leaders to build and execute the global marketing strategy for Lenovo for healthcare

• Lending industry expertise with passion for customer, understanding healthcare trends, leading with digital storytelling skills to increase Lenovo’s market relevance in Healthcare and engaging the buying committee across the buying lifecycle and across our customer segments

• Build effective relationships with Sales, Product Management, Business Intelligence, and the innovation solution leaders to build an effective marketing execution strategy

•  Develop thought leadership points of view and research-based content relevant to Lenovo’s solutions for healthcare

• Align BU marketing strategy with GEO marketing execution, aligning marketing execution strategy to business KPIs and revenue targets

• Collaborate with internal business segments to incorporate healthcare solutions into “One Lenovo,” messaging

•  Lead engagement with marketing agencies and coordinate development/ delivery of all marketing tactics

• Develop and manage the quarterly marketing budget, expanding joint funding opportunities with Lenovo key partners.

• Work with the events manager to coordinate all events and solutions launches for our healthcare solutions and presence at key industry trade shows and Lenovo-led events like Tech World

• Enable the Lenovo Sellers and Channel Partners to “lead with Lenovo” by providing appropriate sales collateral, tools, promotions, and training.

•Establish metrics to track marketing programs, tactics and events to enable continuous improvement

•Establish processes to gain 360 feedback from internal stakeholders, sales and customers.
• Work intimately with GEO Marketing teams, communicating asset timelines, and customer wins, segment updates and program offers

• Work intimately with Incubation solution managers and leaders to align marketing execution strategy to business goals and launch plans.
• Build and track usage model across all assets to gauge the effectiveness and report overall program ROI
• Present quarterly to sales and marketing leadership on progress and outcomes
• Challenge the status quo. Introduce fresh ideas and creative approaches to differentiate Lenovo and our healthcare portfolio

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field (Computer Science, Engineering or Marketing preferred)
• 5-7 years’ experience and proven track record in executing successful B2B marketing programs, experience in marketing to healthcare industry.

• Innate curiosity and desire to learn new things as well as share key learnings with others

• Strong organization and proven project management skills with the ability to think strategically but work tactically in a dynamic environment and successfully operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time.

• Self-Starter with strong work ethic and ability to quickly grasp technical concepts with strong attention to detail
• Strong technical acumen, with a history of taking complicated solutions and building simple, impactful marketing assets and programs.

•Experience leading engagements with marketing agency partners.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers.
• Candidates must have strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

• MBA Degree preferred

• 7+ years of Vertical Marketing or Marketing Management experience in IT related industry

• Deep understanding of healthcare industry
• Understanding of common relationship sales motions and sales cycles highly preferred

• Understanding of tracking leads through marketing automation and CRM tools
• The ideal candidate would be a resourceful, self-motivated individual willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed
