Description and Requirements

Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is a smart infrastructure solutions provider to organizations of all sizes. We are looking for eager and passionate Campus Hires to join our organization and help us fulfill our mission to be the most trusted data center partner: Empowering customers’ Intelligent Transformation, and solving humanity’s greatest challenges.


Networking Hardware Engineering is responsible for delivering industry-leading networking adapters. In this role individual will be involved in all aspects of the Networking adapter including but not limited to sizing the roadmaps of industry-leading networking adapter vendors,
creating and executing testing and debugging routines of the adapter's hardware and firmware, OOB driver, and
documenting work and results.

Job Requirement 
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related majors
  2. Basic understanding of x86 platform architecture
  3. Basic understanding of BIOS, Linux*kernel driver, Windows* driver, shell, script
  4. Know at least one of the Ethernet, PHY, Cable, and Transceiver knowledge
  5. Good analytical skills including experience in PCB design and review and/or networking adapter design and electrical validation and debug
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills are required
  7. Love of debugging, a dynamic work environment, and proximity to (inside and outside) customers
