Description and Requirements

岗位描述：

负责手机拍照增强，各种图像后处理算法（降噪，超分辨，hdr，超级夜景等）的图像质量评估，找出图像质量的问题，协调ISP调试人员和算法开发人员，讨论解决问题的方案，进行MTK 平台图像ISP Tuning, 提升手机拍照质量和效果，打造良好的拍照用户体验。

岗位要求：

1. 有MTK 平台图像ISP Tuning 5+年工作经验；

2. 熟悉ISP pipeline整个流程，从Raw 到Jpeg；

3.有传统图像处理算法知识基础, 对某一个领域有较好的理解，比如降噪，锐化，或tone mapping；

4.了解3A 算法基本原理，了解3A怎么影响图像质量；

5.优秀的分析定位，解决问题的能力，有强烈的责任心；

6.有一定团队组织协调、管理经验。
