Description and Requirements


  • Requires a high level of customer-service orientation with strong communications skills
  • Responsible for providing daily operational status to our Cloud Service Provider customers
  • WW backlog management
  • Close collaboration with procurement and material team, to analyze and bridge customer forecast vs parts requirements
  • Provides data analysis to forecast provided by the customers
  • Responsible for communicating customer requirements to the different internal supply chain functions
  • Strong relationship with development team to make sure components are certified and approved to use on production
  • Work cross functionally with demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, global logistics, engineering, development, and sales
  • Strong support to manufacturing sites
  • Serviceability and compliance metrics
  • MUST be a team player
