Description and Requirements


Qualifications:


  • Finance and Accounting Degree: Candidates should have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in Finance Planning and Analysis, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • IT Services Background (Preferred): While not mandatory, candidates with experience in IT services will be considered favorably.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: A meticulous approach to analyzing financial data and trends.
  • Numerical Sensitivity: Comfort working with numbers and financial metrics.
  • Proactivity: Take initiative and drive improvements in financial processes.
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:


  • Market P&L Ownership: Manage the Profit and Loss statement for Nordics & Benelux markets, with potential expansion.
  • Forecast Process: Support and lead the monthly forecast process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Gross-to-Net Management: Calculate accruals and track payments related to gross-to-net (GTN) revenue.
  • Month-End and Quarter-End Closing: Oversee timely and accurate closing activities, including revenue, cost, and expense reporting.
  • Management Reports: Prepare quarterly management reports, including trend analyses and insights.
  • Business Drivers Analysis: Explain key business drivers based on financial results and bridge any gaps.
  • Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations to improve the business outlook.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams to optimise processes and maintain controls.

Base gross monthly salary from 2500 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
