Description and Requirements



The Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Sales Learning Specialist is a member of the worldwide Sales Learning and Enablement team within the Marketing, Communications and Enablement group.  We are focusing in developing, creating and executing training opportunities on our Products and Solutions for our internal Sellers as well as Business Partner Sellers around the world.
This role is responsible for supporting the Global Director of the Sales Learning and Enablement Organisation. The focus will be in helping tracking and reporting the execution of Global programs and identifying Key indicators on training program effectiveness. 
The Sales Learning Specialist will ensure:
Timely management of the quarterly program for our internal Leadership as well as
Engagement into our internal communications and budgeting cycles.  

Requirements:
Learning technology experience and project management skills. 
Marketing or Social Media skills/background are an additional benefit as there is development opportunity in this direction. 
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management or Education
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in corporate environment.

For Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary starts from 1800 EUR, depending on experience + a variable part 12% of the annual earnings
