Description and Requirements

Position Description:

This is an HR Business Partner role in Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) HR Team. The HR Business Partner will provide dedicated HR support to ISG business teams in Monterrey. Besides HR support to business, this role will participate or lead multiple HR programs and initiatives with high exposure in the Global HR Team.

Responsibility:

  • Support and collaborate with recruiters to fulfill the open HC recruitment, actively sourcing through multiple channels.
  • Provide HR solutions to address short-term and long-term business challenges, such as hiring, employee engagement and retention, organization structure design, talent development, etc.
  • Work with Global HR Partners to implement HR programs effectively, including but not limited to: Organization and Human Resource Planning (OHRP), Annual Compensation Cycle (ACC), Performance Management, Awards, University Hiring, etc.
  • Play an active role as ISG HR Partner in Mexico and engage in team activities with other Global HR Partners.
  • Other HR daily support and consulting to Managers and HR team.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or Recruiter experience.
  • Has the ability to follow specific details and work independently to produce expected results.
  • Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and pressure.
  • Good cross-cultural awareness. Can collaborate effectively with remote HR Team and Business leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English, especially in business writing.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
