Description:

1. Support the ISG PRC geo with VMware programs and tools for internal and external learners.

2. Document project management procedures and maintain a project plan to ensure all deliverables are on time and budget.

3. Create/Update quarterly dashboard reports on each platform and tool to communicate the maturation of each enablement initiative.

4. Track and report on learning and enablement execution. 

5. Track vendor expenses against department budget forecast.

6. Manage VMware MDF and POE.

7. Work with WW VMware learning focal on communication plans for the different programs, work closely with marketing team, geo VMware team, internal sales team, external partners to plan and execute VMware activities appropriately. 

8. Other tasks that first line manager assign.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or higher.

2. Minimum of 3 years of corporate project administration/L&D experience.

3. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.

4. Expert knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SmartSheet.

5. Strong attention to detail.

6. Practical experience partnering and/or managing third party vendors and resources.

7. Work experience in Data Center business or IT industry is preferred.

8. Good English and Chinese language communication skills.

9. Travel is required.
