Description and Requirements

The Position will take ownership of and manage/provide direction to the day-to-day running of operations and sales support functions in the LA GEO ISG business across its markets and territories. This function will include the direction of the Business Management System and core KPIs end to end for the business including Finance, Services, market segments, channel, incentives & commissions, transformation projects, organizational change management, Global Supply Chain engagement and business analytics along with any other requirements to progress the business. The management of the Inside sales support sellers for Segments and Services. Supporting activity to HR and other extended functions inside the Infrastructure Solutions Group. The management of regular interlocks with other Lenovo WW/LA leaders, functions and local Markets and countries as needed will be a daily requirement.
