Description and Requirements

You will interact with ISG Sales teams (60%), internal customers (e.g. pricing, order management – 30%) and external customers / Lenovo Business Partners (10%)


This position is dedicated to meet the expectations of internal and external customers. Representative will work in our Solutions Design dedicated sub- team of the Sale support function. Focused on providing support on Global Level. Building strong relationship and supporting sellers in non-standard services cases

 The role is instrumental for increasing our Sellers efficiency and focus on our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide design and implementation solution for services solutions by understanding our clients’ requirements & objectives
• Answer to international RFQs that contain requirements which cannot be covered by standard maintenance offerings
• Worldwide collaboration within the solution design teams in other geographies
• Very close collaboration with the local and global pricing teams
• Implement new contracts and solutions together with the global delivery teams
• Setup reports on delivery KPIs as requested by our clients, initiate and manage corrective actions
• Vendor Management
• Update and maintain project documentation regularly

•The Services Solution Designer will support EMEA geo. 


Position requirements:

Our new colleagues will have excellent contract language / creation background, teaming skills, quality improvement, and organization skills. Also, this candidate is able to manage priorities and demonstrates a strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem resolution. Candidate is energized by working in the new environment and flexible to adapt the support needs based on Geo specifics.

Other requirements included: 

• Fluent English and additional Language is beneficial (German, Spanish, French…)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in Services Solution business is advantage
• At least 2-3 years experience in Customer Service, back office or sales support is an advantage 
• Strong PC Background (Word, Excel, etc)
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, monitor and document data
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Facilitation and collaboration skills
• Must be a team player who is highly motivated & detail oriented 
• Flexibility to work in an fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks / projects / priorities

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1600 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
