Job Overview

The WW Channel Insights & Tools Director will be responsible for building and leading a team that uses data and tools to better improve partner performance, identify new market opportunities, and execute actions that improve global partner experience.  This leader will align with our Business Transformation, IT, and Customer Experience teams to identify and build an infrastructure for the benefit of each of our global sales geographies.  This leader will have demonstrated a collaborative spirit, ability to build and lead teams, and across functional teams and geographies. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and lead a team of channel experts in support of our global geographies and business units. 
  • Align team goals with strategic business objectives on the International Sales Organization (ISO)
  • Build an infrastructure that uses data driven insights to drive action and performance across our global channel
  • Manage our Partner Experience (Px) efforts in alignment with our Customer Experience (Cx) teams on a global basis.
  • Recommend and align with our Business Transformation (BT) and IT teams to identify and implement best-in-class tools for our global channel partners. 
  • Align with Geo channel teams and work collaboratively to deliver against goals and objectives.
  • Partner across the ISO Channel team to integrate activities to drive performance
  • Set the strategic vision for Channel Insights and Tools on a global basis.

Qualifications
