Description and Requirements

The executive administrative partner will provide high-level, confidential, administrative support for the SVP and President of NA. The candidate will be responsible managing the office and with running smoothly and effectively in a complex global environment.    The successful candidate should have experience in managing complex, multi-time zone travel, prepare expenses, complex meeting scheduling, coordinating site events. The admin will be exposed to high level confidential information and will require diplomacy and discretion. It will be essential to create and maintain good relationships with the executive admin team in NA. The successful team member will be the gate-keeper and represent the office and promote the company image by building relationships with both internal and external customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will provide leadership, support and guidance to the NA admin team.  Responsible for managing complex calendar  - coordinating internal/external meetings.  Work with chief of staff in coordinating executive staff meetings. Deck consolidation, agenda, actions, follow up Execute and drive org specific projects with high attention to detail on event planning. All Hands, Town Halls High degree of initiative and ability to anticipate needs Ability to make sound decisions on behalf of executive with minimal direction Arrange complex, multi-leg international and domestic travel. Pro-active tracking of all flight and ground transportation Maintain travel and expense budget.  Complete understanding of company policies and tools. Educate executives on policy and new procedures (spend limits, city caps.)  Review/approve expense reports on behalf of executive Process expense reports and reconciliation against statements.  Understanding of organizational structure.  Provide mentorship to executive administrative partners and admin assistants in support center.  Ability to work across GEO’s Keep executive on track to meet commitments.  Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.  Generate and format presentations and draft communications.  Assist extended team members with administrative duties as needed.  ATTRIBUTES: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and tact. Ability to prioritize effectively and take ownership of responsibilities.  Strong attention to detail demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness of work.  Flexibility to accommodate an ever changing, global environment with strong analytical skills to find solutions.  Qualifications 5+ years experience supporting executives in a corporate environment.  Intermediate technical skills a must (MS Office 365 Suite.)
