Join our growing LCSC team as our Inside Sales Representative! A part of Lenovo’s growth strategy is to focus on Resellers within the Channel Gold and Silver team. Using your passion for IT solutions and the training we provide you will be a significant part of this strategy. Working as Inside Sales Representative you will have daily communication with C-level executives from your aligned Business Partners, which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career. 

These are your detailed responsibilities: 

• You will manage a territory of Resellers maximizing Lenovo business; acquiring and enabling new Resellers while maximizing customer satisfaction. 

• You proactively engage with and develop close working relationships with business partners to maximize sales. 

• You understand Lenovo’s tools and incentives; maximize partners use of them for mutual advantage. 

• You collaborate with partners in demand generation and marketing activities. 

• You will effectively Joint Plan with Partners to encourage a systematic approach to driving joint initiatives with your Partner base. 

• You work closely with other sales teams in Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals 

• You provide weekly and quarterly account status reporting, quarterly performance reporting, forecasting and business planning vs target. 

You will report to the LCSC Sales Manager, supporting Gold + Silver partners. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings. 

Position Requirements:

 Customer focused, proven ability to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations. 

Able to articulate customer needs, build strong, beneficial relationships. 

Proven negotiation skills in closing significant business 

Energetic, self-motivated, proactive and highly sales driven attitude with a strong ability to be persuasive and close deals. 

Structured with strong time management skills, able to work under pressure and quick to adapt to change. 

Works well in a team environment, strong team player with respect for the individual. 

It would be beneficial to have an understanding of Resellers, Distributors, vendors and the IT sector. 

Interest in technology.
