Description and Requirements

Do you like to communicate with customers and add value to their business? Do you work with enthusiasm and possess sound phone skills? Join our growing team as our new Inside Sales Representative! Working as Inside Sales Representative you will have daily communication with executives from our accounts, which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career. You will report to Sr Sales Manager and the location of this role is Vilnius, Lithuania.
These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • You are the point of contact for your assigned accounts- you build relationships of trust by providing proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via telephone and email You configure products, prices and negotiate to support Lenovo revenue and margin performance and maximize our customer satisfaction
  • You cooperate closely with resellers and distributors to fulfill business deals and deliver profitable revenue growth across your account base
  • You work closely with other sales teams in Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals
  • You provide weekly account status reporting, quarterly performance reporting, forecasting, and business planning vs target


Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar customer-focused position 
  • Experience within the IT industry and/or public sector is an advantage
  • Working with partners or in a reseller/distributor organization is an advantage
  • Professional Fluency in English and Lithuanian, Russian languages is an advantage
  • Cooperative, and able to build trustworthy beneficial partner relationships to achieve mutual business growth
