Lenovo is seeking for seasoned ServiceNow architect/lead with experience and perspective to work with a globally diverse clientele. The architect will drive ServiceNow architecture in Lenovo through forming and engaging teams with common, well-defined technical goals, using leadership qualities to enhance team & system performance, influencing the behavior of development team members to collaborate in achieving technical objectives and Architecture Strategy
- 10+ years of experience in experience on ServiceNow development and configurations.
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead in a complex architecture
- Experience in integration and Service Portal is MUST to have for this role
- Experience in designing architecture diagrams, data modeling and writing technical specification
- Ability to drive best practices across ServiceNow development and configuration
- Experience in ITSM and CSM modules is required
- Define, guide and support the execution of your technical governance processes
- Helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model
- Supports design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve your desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption
- Provides technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices
- Supports remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices
- Assesses instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting ServiceNow Health Scan
Oversee platform operations like instance cloning and version upgrade
