Description and Requirements

Job Description:

Workday Integration Developer to Work with the HRIS and HRIT on the Workday integration implementation and to continue system supporting after deployment go-live, and to help transform the HR function.

The Workday Integration Developer will focus on the integration development and the after-deployment support. The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to understand the business requirement business and transform them into technical specifications for integration development. Lenovo is a fast-paced environment and the successful candidate need to be self-motivated, able to prioritize effectively, and capable of working on multiple projects in parallel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the Workday technical specialist on an Agile team; identify deliverables, track issues & risks, communicate and escalate concerns to project management.
  • Continue to support and enhance the application after go-live; troubleshoot system issues, develop enhancements, recommend changes in integration development, identify new technology capabilities, and support system upgrades
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements, then translate those into complete, technical solutions.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors degree - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related majors
  • Must have Workday integration development experience
  • Ability to design, build, and test integration solutions and reports including APIs, Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Studio.
  • Must have either Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, or VB programming, scripting experience
  • Good documentation and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working with SFTP, PGP protocols
  • Windows system administration knowledge
