Description and Requirements


The primary function of this job is to introduce new technology, processes, and ideas to shape the way we transform critical strategic and operational processes at Lenovo. Although the focus is primarily on the IDG sales domain, this role is not limited by business unit or functional boundaries and will span commercial, channel, and customer segments. This role is an integral part of the Lenovo service business transformation journey and encompasses identifying and driving harmonization opportunities, establishing transformational roadmaps that align to key business strategies, managing through the execution, delivery, and organizational change management processes, and ensuring value realization objectives are well defined and achieved.

  • Establish and maintain trusted partner relationships with senior business stakeholders to achieve thorough understanding of business strategies and alignment of transformational initiatives and priorities to support their execution.
  • Proactively identify, define, and drive opportunities for MBG services process harmonization and leverage of Lenovo strategic platforms (E.g. MS Dynamics, MDS, iBase, RNT etc).

  • Ensure the budgeting, planning, execution, deliverables, and quality assurance of all services or products (whether acquired externally or delivered by internal product teams) meets or exceeds expectations and standards

  • Partner with senior business leaders to define and obtain value realization buy-in for transformation roadmap.

  • Continuously improve technology costs through the application of new tools, process simplification, process harmonization, platform unification, and outsourcing.

  • 10+ year’s industry experience. Experience spanning technical, product owner, and transformation leadership roles.

  •  BS/BA in technology related field
