Description and Requirements


The IT Engineer role focuses on supporting the operation of Lenovo's SAP ECC/S4, CFOC, and other internal systems, particularly in areas related to order processing, supply chain management, and invoicing. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, improving monitoring processes, and maintaining a high-quality knowledge base. Additionally, they will contribute to key team initiatives such as go-to-market (GTM) strategies and AI-related topics.

Job description:

  • Support system operation of Lenovo SAP ECC/S4,CFOC and other self-developed systems, mainly involved in order placing, supply chain, invoice and other related fields.
  • Assist users to solve the system problems in high quality and quantity.
  • Solve monitoring issues as well as increase monitoring points if necessary.
  • Record daily problems to the documentation as knowledge base in high quality.
  • Complete other team key tasks assigned by team leader with high quality and quantity, eg:GTM, AI related topic

Job requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer or logistics is preferred
  • Familiar with supply chain business, more than 1 year experience in SAP ECC/S4 SD module project implementation or operation, proficient in ECC SD operation, know configuration and integration knowledge about IDoc/EDI.
  • Responsible for ECC/S4 other systems operation, rapid diagnosis and solution provided for high priority issues.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, good English reading, writing and speaking, can be used as a working language. 
  • Be available to attend the office, this is a hybrid position.
