工作内容：

1.     在制造领域，或者是供应链领域，有丰富的系统研发或者系统实施经验，能够带领团队，以乙方身份完成制造系统/供应链系统的项目交付工作；

2.     需要具备产品经理+开发经理的复合能力，在理解客户需求的同时，有能力输出相应的开发文档，在需求设计和开发设计实现一致；

3.     具备制造领域/供应链领域的业务知识，能够分析市场需求和趋势，制定产品战略，产品架构和产品路线图；

4.     熟悉制造行业的相关技术，对技术和市场有深刻的理解， 具备出色的技术领导能力，能够指导项目团队，推进开发计划的落地执行；

岗位要求：

1.     至少5年以上制造/供应链相关领域的系统研发经理；

2.     至少精通Java/SQL/Python/前端中的一个技术栈；

3.     具备使用英语工作的能力； 能够进行口语交流的可以优先考虑；

4.     具备项目管理技能，具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作精神 ； 能够独立带队实施项目，能够在压力下推进项目进度；

5.     具备咨询公司的经历的人员可优先考虑；

6.     具备3年以上的制造/供应链相关领域的产品经理经验，此项优先考虑。
