Description and Requirements

Lenovo TruScale Infrastructure Services gives our customers all the power and strategic advantage of the latest data center hardware through a pay-as-you-go business model. Easily scale without incremental capital investments and focus more on your bigger picture thanks to included 24/7 proactive monitoring, management, and services.

We are searching for a Program Manager to support large pursuits for our TruScale Infrastructure Services.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Serve as Project Manager for Big Deal Pursuits for TruScale IaaS
  • Collaborate with Pursuit teams including cross-business unit team members
  • Define program scope, objectives, workstreams and milestones to achieve successful goals of big deal pursuits
  • Ensure resources are assigned and coordinate workstream teams to complete deliverables and achieve milestones
  • Track project plans for each of the workstreams  
  • Be able to provide status reports, impact assessments on risk / issues and escalations in due time
  • Coordinate to resolution any day-to-day issues that prevent the teams to deliver
  • Support teams with coordination and escalations to resolve any tasks relating to delivery
  • Maintain relationships with partners and vendors to enable any joint deliveries and track common milestones

Position Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management with experience leading large, complex projects in a technology company on an international level (European regions / EMEA / worldwide, etc.)
  • Ability to gather data and make informed, critical decisions quickly
  • Experience in the creation of project plans, coordinating resources, managing implementation activities, and developing processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (communication on the worldwide level, reporting to US manager)
  • Experienced communicator with the ability to effectively inform and influence your intended audiences

Preferred Requirements:

  • PMP Certification or other Project management certifications
  • Customer-facing experience
